Cancellation Policy for The Beauty Clinic

At The Beauty Clinic we value your time and ours. To ensure we can offer appointments to all clients fairly, we kindly ask that you observe our cancellation policy below.

Booking and Cancellations

​

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Deposits

​

  • Certain treatments or longer appointments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits will be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Late Arrivals

 

  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid delaying the next client.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which may be treated as a late cancellation.

 

Illness

 

  • If you are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in the event of sudden illness, emergencies, or exceptional circumstances.

Package and Course Appointments

 

Missed or late-cancelled appointments within prepaid packages or courses will be deducted from your remaining sessions.

Agreement

 

By booking an appointment with The Beauty Clinic you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
